At Bodyworks Massage Therapy we're passionate about getting your body working!  Being Christchurch based is great - there's so much to do and so many active people here.

Your massage therapist - Rachel Ah Kit

Rachel holds a Diploma of Massage Therapy from the Canterbury College of Natural Medicine.  She is also a member of Massage New Zealand the professional assoication for massage therapists.

She has worked with a wide variety of people - from stressed out mums (and mums-to-be), office based professionals, tradespeople, hospitality workers and students.  And a variety of activity levels - from those recovering from major surgery, daily walkers or joggers, competitive cyclists, runners and multisport athletes, through to professional sportspeople.

Rachel is also trained in:

• Thermal Stone for Remedial Massage Therapists
• Certificate in Advanced Sports Massage (currently undergoing)

In 2011 Rachel will commence study towards a Bachelor in Applied Science, specialising in Sports & Exercise Science.

When she's not in the massage clinic you'll find her at the gym, on her snowboard up the mountain, watching rugby or taking her speedster dog Paulie the greyhound for runs!
